1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all orders and services offered through the GeniusLead website (hereinafter "Provider"). By using our service, you accept these terms.
2. Service Description
The Provider offers an automated B2B lead generation service. Based on publicly available data (Google Maps, company websites, legal notices), contact information of companies in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) is collected, enriched, and verified. Results are provided as an Excel file for download.
No guarantee is given for a specific number or quality of generated leads. The quality rating (Green/Yellow/Red) serves as a guideline.
3. Contract & Payment
The contract is concluded upon completion of the payment process via Stripe. Payment is a one-time advance payment. There is no subscription. All prices include applicable VAT.
4. Delivery & Download
After successful payment, lead generation starts automatically. Processing time is typically 5-10 minutes. The download link is valid for 7 days after completion. After expiry, there is no entitlement to renewed provision.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of contract performance, provided you have given prior express consent to begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon such commencement.
6. Liability
The Provider is only liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as from the breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability for slight negligence is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
7. Data Protection & Data Usage
Generated leads are based exclusively on publicly available data. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in B2B marketing). The buyer is responsible for the lawful use of the acquired data. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
8. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
